We accept exchanges of all products in new and sellable condition within 14 days of arrival date. It is up to the discretion of our team to deem an item in legible condition for an exchange.
Due to the limited edition nature of our collection pieces, we can not offer returns or refunds, unless the order contains defects or mistakes. To determine the defect or mistake in the order is to the discretion of our team.
Exchanges for sizing reasons may be offered, however this is dependent on the availability of the preferred size you were wanting to exchange for.
To begin an exchange, please email your order number & reason for exchange to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then contact you with how to proceed with your exchange.
Shipments sent back to Alag by Ansari must be paid by the customer.
Exchanges are reliant on stock & size available of your new preferred product.
International Exchanges: Shipments sent back to Alag by Ansari must be paid for by the customer, and your exchange will be processed upon receipt of the item. A separate shipment charge will also be incurred for an exchange. If Alag by Ansari is at fault for any order errors, we cover the cost of everything to make it right.
International shipments may be subject to local duties & taxes, these will be payable by the customer.
