Shipping
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping charges may apply & will be added at checkout automatically.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in Australia will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Will I be charged local duties & taxes for my international shipments?
International shipments may be subject to local duties & taxes, these will be payable by the customer.
Returns/Exchanges
What are your returns & exchanges policy?
Generally, we accept exchanges of all products in new and sellable condition within 14 days of arrival date. It is up to the discretion of our team to deem an item in legible condition for an exchange.

Product Care & Sizes
Will your product sizes be restocked?
Unfortunately, the products featured in our collection drops are limited edition & will not be restocked. Do not panic though, we include a fair quantity & variety of sizes for each item. So make sure you are quick to purchase on launch dates.
How can I check my size before purchasing?
Each product has its own size chart included in the product page, so please make sure to confirm your size against the size chart before purchasing.
Please also note that if the Kurtas are 'Slim Fit' & the Hoodies & T-Shirts are 'Oversized Fit'. This means you might have to purchase according to the 'Fits' & not your regular size.
How should I care & wash for my items?
For silk/masuri/organza products: Dry clean only or handwash at your own risk using a silk friendly detergent. Do not bleach or tumble dry. If hand washing, dry in shade. Use warm iron.
For cotton products: Dry cleanable, machine washable, bleachable if white. Line or tumble dry. Use a warm/hot iron.

Do colors differ from the photos on the website?
We try our best to showcase the product in its most raw form & colour, however there may be slight differentiations due to lighting, screen displays & other factors in terms of colour.
